Important Cleaning Expectations
House washing removes dirt, algae, mildew, and organic buildup from your exterior surfaces. Some stains or pre-existing conditions may become more noticeable once the home is clean.
Some areas may stay wet for several hours after the wash.
Window spotting can occur depending on sun exposure and water quality.
Oxidation, faded paint, cracks, or aged caulking may be revealed after cleaning.
Rust, artillery fungus, and deep staining may require specialty treatment.
Heavy buildup may need more than one treatment for best results.
Appointments may be rescheduled during severe weather.
